Administer, secure, troubleshoot, and optimize Linux systems in mission-critical environments. Manage servers, services, access controls, patches, networking, firewalls, and vulnerability remediation. Diagnose issues across system, application, and network layers; develop automation with shell scripting or Python; support backup, recovery, integration, documentation, testing, deployment, and specialized defense systems.

Operate and secure classified DoD network infrastructure by configuring Cisco routers and switches, maintaining LAN/WAN systems, troubleshooting connectivity, managing access controls and security patches, and supporting incident response and vulnerability remediation. The role also involves RMF compliance, network monitoring, documentation, continuity planning, and integration with enterprise systems in a highly regulated environment.

Design, build, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript. Develop functional, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests; integrate suites into CI/CD pipelines; convert manual tests to automation; troubleshoot issues with developers; and collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to improve software quality and release readiness.

Maintains inventory levels by analyzing historical sales and forecasts, determining order quantities, processing and amending purchase orders, allocating products, and resolving shipment or stock issues. Coordinates with buyers and suppliers, reviews item and category data, supports pricing and store assignments, produces reports, and assists with purchasing and replenishment process improvements. The role is remote with in-person meetings at the Plano headquarters approximately one to two days per month.
