Own and grow assigned aerospace and defense customer accounts to drive bookings, revenue, and margin. Develop account and pricing strategies, manage long sales cycles and pipelines, lead commercial negotiations and contract execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, deliver executive-level presentations, and support business development and trade show activities to expand market presence.

Serve as dealership Finance Manager: qualify customers, desk deals, submit to lenders, make credit decisions, close sales, maintain customer satisfaction, complete state and financial paperwork, support sales team, and follow up with prospective and existing clients.

Manage sales and property tax compliance (maintain Vertex), prepare property tax reporting, coordinate income tax filings, assist with cash flow projections, budgets, financial analysis, and routine intercompany transactions.

Process accurate, timely payroll and accounts payable functions: review time records, deductions, vendor invoices, payments, reconciliations, and reporting. Support audits, resolve payroll/vendor inquiries, maintain vendor and payroll records, ensure regulatory compliance, and suggest process improvements.

Lead analytics delivery across multiple client accounts: supervise and mentor analysts, design measurement frameworks, execute and validate MMM and forecasting, ensure data quality and governance, interpret performance versus KPIs, present actionable insights to clients, and improve analytics workflows.

Provide full-spectrum accounting support including AP/AR, journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, tax compliance and IRS correspondence. Manage vendors and finance systems, build scalable processes and internal controls, support audits, forecasting, and special finance projects.

Perform business analysis for projects and production systems: elicit and document requirements, design and optimize processes, support UAT and training, build business cases, and coordinate project activities through delivery.

Fundraise for Feed My Starving Children by cultivating and soliciting a donor portfolio ($1,000–$7,500 annually). Make daily outreach, track touchpoints in a database, set engagement strategies, collaborate with site staff, manage volunteers, and integrate communications to grow donor support.
