As a Lead, you are responsible for managing a small team of analysts, developers, testers or engineers and drive delivery of a small module within a project (Delivery/Maintenence/Testing) You may serve as entry level specialist with expertise in particular technology/industry domain/a process / application / product. You are responsible for functional/technical track of a project.

Skill1 - ESB (L3)
Performing requirement collection, design review and architecting ESB andmessaging applications Proficient in SOA and Webservice Capable ofsuggesting best practice and alternate solutions for the applications Capable of tuning the application for better performance and scalability
Skill2 - Oracle ESB (L3)
Minimum 5 years of experience with 2-3 years of design and development ofOracle SOA/ESB solutions using Oracle ESB, Oracle Rules and Oracle Web ServicesManager. Define/Develop Web service architectures and development using theTop-Down approach, employ Oracle ESB to route and transform message data,secure message contents and exchanges between service endpoint by using OracleWeb Services Manager. Design connectivity solutions using OracleAS adaptertypes(Technology, Application, Legacy, and Custom Adapters). Experience inpublishing and accessing Services with Oracle Service Registry. Can manage ESBMetadata Server and ESB Runtime Server.

- Experience with Oracle Rules
- Design and develop web service architectures (Top-Down approach) and SOA/Web Services
- Ability to route/transform messages, secure message exchanges, and use OracleAS adapter types
- Experience publishing/accessing services with Oracle Service Registry
- Ability to manage ESB Metadata Server and ESB Runtime Server
- Capability to tune applications for performance and scalability
- Perform requirement collection and design review for ESB/messaging applications
- English language proficiency
- Oracle Fusion experience (minimum ~3 months)
