Lead and supervise flood control engineering staff; plan, design, and manage flood control projects; review designs and compliance; oversee bidding, procurement, construction, inspections, and right-of-way acquisitions; manage NFIP/CRS activities, floodplain determinations, funding applications, interagency coordination, and department budget and administration.

Develop queries, stored procedures, and functions; design reliable databases, create documentation and diagrams, ensure performance and agency requirements, and help establish a data warehouse foundation. Position is onsite.

Own the end-to-end enterprise sales motion for large insurance carriers: source leads, run discovery and demos, manage technical evaluations and procurement, negotiate and close deals, drive account expansion, and partner with research/product to scope POCs and influence roadmap.

Support portfolio management through financial modelling, performance analysis, reporting, and investor-facing materials. Assist with hold-sell, financing, acquisitions, budgeting, new venture formation, asset mobilisation, and improvements to reporting and data capture.

Manage and implement Minnesota Urban Debate League programs, lead the Spanish Debate Program, support schools and coaches, develop curriculum and SEL supports, plan tournaments and trainings, oversee data, grants, budgets, and Salesforce practices, supervise student employees and volunteers, and cultivate community partnerships to expand student participation and program quality.

Own daily transactional accounting across five entities: journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, payroll processing, AP, onboarding administration, and ad hoc Controller support. Maintain clean records, run payroll, reconcile cards and bank statements, support accruals, and handle limited office administration and special projects.

Audit and prepare loan closing documents to ensure completeness and regulatory compliance. Review titles, contracts, HUDs, disclosures, and supporting documents; coordinate with processors, underwriters, and title companies to resolve conditions and finalize closings.
