Own end-to-end onboarding and post-launch success for a portfolio of B2B SaaS customers. Run kickoffs, integrate CRMs, tune AI agent conversations, monitor account health, run QBRs, surface product feedback, and improve conversion metrics. Work closely with product and founders to optimize performance and reduce time-to-live.

Perform daily and monthly reconciliations, weekly payment audits, month-end close tasks, record accruals and sales cutoffs, support internal/external audits, and lead process improvement projects to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Review, analyze, and redline IT vendor contracts to ensure legal sufficiency and alignment with enterprise standards. Negotiate terms and SLAs, collaborate with Legal and Security teams to mitigate risks, manage contract-related projects, identify process gaps, and develop training and documentation to improve contract quality and vendor management.

Lead PMO portfolio governance, prioritize projects, allocate resources, implement PMO processes and reporting, manage dependencies and risks, and escalate critical issues to leadership while partnering across global and cross-functional teams.
