Manage technical construction scope at Los Alamos National Laboratory: define/manage deliverables, budgets, schedules, and risks; ensure compliance with Triad prime contract, NNSA/DOE requirements (including DOE 413.3B and NQA-1); lead and support project teams through planning, execution, and turnover; develop policies and provide technical guidance for construction and nuclear facility work execution.
