Provide administrative and operational support to the Director of Development Sales and department: manage calendars, CRM data, sales tracking, MLS listings, dashboards, reports, and file organization. Learn and facilitate the full department workflow, anticipate needs, cross-train, and ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up throughout the sales process.

Lead development and implementation of alumni, corporate, nonprofit, and community engagement initiatives to support student success and a $75M campaign. Build and manage partnerships, expand mentoring and volunteer programs, collaborate with campus units, oversee scholarship stewardship and events, supervise staff, and measure program outcomes to increase engagement and philanthropic support.

Support the CEO with end-to-end administrative tasks: manage travel, office operations, event coordination, and onboarding logistics. Serve as a trusted representative of the CEO, apply AI tools with human judgment, handle occasional after-hours needs, and maintain reliability, discretion, and strong relationships across the team.

Provide corporate legal counsel across hospitality and real estate operations: draft and negotiate contracts, support corporate governance, ensure regulatory and employment compliance, advise on transactions and risk management, manage outside counsel, and deliver legal training to leadership.

Manage a portfolio of grants to advance health equity: source and shape proposals, steward grantees, conduct landscape analyses, synthesize evidence, develop program strategy, produce dissemination materials, represent the Fund externally, and support operational grant management and team coordination.
