Supports marketing, sales, press, and trade marketing activities for a fragrance brand. Responsibilities include coordinating product, PR, influencer, and retail send-outs; managing samples, inventory, product specifications, and marketing assets; supporting visual merchandising and campaigns; writing and editing copy; coordinating communications and approvals; and collaborating with creative, digital, finance, operations, and sales teams.

Own system-level inventory features from definition through customer release. Analyze RFID data with Python, SQL, and BigQuery; write system requirements and acceptance criteria; coordinate validation across hardware, firmware, software, sensors, mobile applications, and cloud analytics; lead triage and debugging; assess subsystem performance; align cross-functional teams; and make release go/no-go decisions.

Leads employee benefits and total rewards strategy, including self-funded health plans, compensation programs, vendor relationships, HRIS administration, compliance, claims analysis, cost containment, open enrollment, and executive reporting. Partners with leadership, Finance, and HR to optimize benefits, compensation, healthcare costs, and employee value.

Designs and maintains Microsoft Fabric data pipelines, medallion Lakehouse architecture, data models, governance, orchestration, and quality processes. Integrates ERP, HRIS, MRP, finance, project, employee, service, and manufacturing data into reliable data products. Supports reporting, business intelligence, AI and machine learning use cases, including RAG and vector embeddings. Troubleshoots pipeline issues, manages Fabric capacity and documentation, and collaborates with analysts, data scientists, developers, DevOps teams, and business system owners.

Provides executive and administrative support through complex calendar management, meeting preparation, note-taking, and confidential information handling. Coordinates grant reporting, board and committee logistics, project reminders in Asana, office operations, invoices, supplies, travel, catering, events, and visitor reception. Collaborates across the operations team while maintaining organized workflows, strong communication, and responsive service to leaders, staff, donors, and stakeholders.

Supports the full employee lifecycle, including HR administration, records, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, leave, payroll, timekeeping, compliance reporting, employee relations, training, and engagement activities. Maintains confidential files, assists with audits and government contract reporting, responds to employee inquiries, coordinates events and training, and supports unemployment claims, drug screening, and organizational initiatives.

Design, implement, and test FPGA systems and embedded firmware to support chip verification and prototype development. Deploy RTL (Verilog/VHDL) and embedded C/C++ to FPGA SoCs, bring up PCBs and peripheral interfaces (ADC/DAC/memory), perform FPGA trade studies, and collaborate with ASIC and AI teams to iterate prototypes and scale FPGA infrastructure.

Supports daily accounting operations through accounts receivable processing, invoicing, payment application, account reconciliation, EDI advance ship notices, and general AP/AR billing activities. Communicates with customers and vendors to resolve discrepancies, generates basic reports, maintains accurate financial records, and collaborates with AP, Payroll, and other teams. This is a full-time hourly office position with occasional overtime.

Provide Tier II/III technical support for enterprise SaaS customers, troubleshooting API integrations, accounting workflows, configurations, reports, and dashboards. Collaborate with Customer Success, QA, Product, and Engineering to reproduce bugs, test fixes, document resolutions, and communicate releases. Build customer reporting solutions using OData APIs, Power BI, Excel, and VBA while maintaining technical documentation and knowledge resources.
