Supports monthly close alignment and delivers actionable financial insights for executive decision-making.

Own the technical pre-sales process for enterprise customer data platform opportunities. Lead discovery, architecture discussions, demonstrations, proofs of concept, security reviews, RFPs, and technical due diligence. Partner with Account Executives to win complex deals, advise customers on data strategy, and hand off implementations to Customer Success. Provide field insights for product direction and create scalable technical content.

Leads Homebase’s revenue enablement function by building onboarding, training, certification, coaching, and AI-enabled workflow programs for customer-facing teams. Owns enablement strategy, sales methodology adoption, content, learning experiences, change management, and team development. Partners with Revenue Operations, Product, IT, and leadership to improve ramp time, productivity, conversion, monetization, and expansion outcomes through data-driven programs.

Performs financial and revenue integrity audits, reconciliations, trend analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective actions to ensure billing accuracy and prevent revenue leakage. Develops dashboards and KPI reporting, supports financial analysis, and configures PSA project budgets, billing, milestones, and revenue allocations. Partners with Accounting, Sales, Service Delivery, Talent, and IT to resolve issues, maintain system accuracy, and improve Finance Operations processes.
