Sollis Health is seeking a Director, Strategic Finance to serve as a core partner to the Senior Vice President of Finance and the broader finance team, supporting strategic planning and budgeting, investor relations and fundraising, and high-impact cross-functional initiatives across the business.
This role sits at the center of company decision-making, combining financial modeling, operational analytics, and strategic execution to support the company’s growth. You will work closely with senior leaders across Growth, Operations, Technology, Real Estate, and Clinical functions to evaluate opportunities, improve financial visibility, and drive enterprise-wide initiatives.
As a Director, you will take ownership of complex workstreams, influence decision-making at the executive level, and help shape the company’s strategic direction. You will translate business questions into rigorous financial analyses, and insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in investment banking, consulting, or FP&A, outstanding financial modeling capabilities, and the ability to independently drive initiatives while partnering effectively across the organization.
This is a hybrid role based out of our NY-HQ office.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and lead key components of budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
  • Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives and investments
  • Analyze operating performance, identify key drivers, and present actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Partner cross-functionally with senior stakeholders across Growth, Operations, Technology, Real Estate, and Clinical
  • Design and enhance financial reporting and dashboards to increase business transparency for both internal stakeholders and investors
  • Lead high-impact strategic projects, including growth initiatives, new market expansion analysis, and operational improvements
  • Support fundraising, investor relations, and board materials with detailed financial analysis
  • Partner with Accounting on the monthly close process and ensure alignment between financial and operational reporting
  • Drive ad hoc analyses and deep dives to support executive decision-making
Requirements:
  • 7–12 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, equity research, consulting, or FP&A
  • Advanced financial modeling skills with experience building models from scratch
  • Experience operating in high-growth or scaling businesses strongly preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with planning tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with Intacct, NetSuite, Rippling, or a similar ERP platform
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex workstreams and deliver results
  • Strong attention to detail and high degree of ownership
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Comp & Benefits:

Base is $150,000 - $180,000 + Bonus + Equity 
This is the range of pay for New York candidates. Sollis is a multi-state employer and this range may vary by location and experience.
