Own enterprise revenue growth across the Corporate segment by acquiring strategic accounts and expanding existing customers. Assists with construction job-cost accounting, Work-in-Progress reporting, cost-to-complete analysis, vendor and subcontract setup, and accounting process improvements. Maintains audit-ready files, tracks reconciliation and control issues, documents procedures, and provides departmental backup.

Sell new and used Kia vehicles through consultative selling, product demonstrations, relationship building, negotiation, and customer follow-up. Sales Associates guide customers through vehicle purchases, payment terms, and ownership needs while reporting objectives and activities to the Sales Manager. The role requires automotive sales experience, strong communication skills, product expertise, flexible availability including weekends, a valid driver's license, and compliance with insurability guidelines.

Create visual assets for social media, advertising, websites, product launches, webinars, trade shows, customer stories, email campaigns, and sales collateral. Develop infographics, data visualizations, illustrations, product mockups, and motion graphics while maintaining brand consistency. Collaborate with marketing and internal stakeholders, develop campaign concepts, conduct A/B testing, and help shape creative direction in a remote-first SaaS environment.

Manage end-to-end recruiting for plant and corporate roles, including sourcing, screening, candidate pipelines, recruitment campaigns, interviews, offers, onboarding, and stakeholder engagement. Develop recruiting plans, KPIs, job descriptions, and candidate communications while advising hiring managers and coordinating agencies. Analyze recruitment metrics, turnover data, policies, and market conditions to improve hiring quality, compliance, and recruitment processes.
