As Associate Commercial Counsel, you will draft, negotiate, and review contracts, advise on legal issues, and optimize legal workflows for a SaaS company.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend services primarily in Clojure; support and modernize legacy Node.js services; collaborate on cloud deployments, infrastructure-as-code, and deployment pipelines; ensure code quality through reviews and debugging; work with cross-functional teams to integrate services and improve reliability.

Own and scale Navi's AWS infrastructure from data ingest to AI pipelines and dashboards. Architect for 100k+ users and 100 RPS, build monitoring/alerting, design automatic failover, manage cloud costs, maintain runbooks/documentation, and contribute to backend pipelines, APIs, and services.

Greet visitors, handle phone/voicemail, accept payments, and provide administrative support to association managers. Prepare correspondence, meeting minutes, calendars, website content, and track contractor insurance expirations. Coordinate vendor appointments, assist with research and major project timelines to ensure smooth association operations.

Lead and grow the university's research and innovation enterprise: set strategic priorities to increase external funding, support faculty grant success, foster interdisciplinary research and student engagement, build external partnerships, oversee research administration, and serve on the University Research Council. Reports to the Provost; 12-month appointment; salary commensurate with experience.

Provide customer service and administrative support for clients and lenders: answer calls/emails, process insurance claims, prepare payoffs and welcome letters, track insurance, scan/index lease correspondence, audit funding documents, handle returned mail and special projects.
