Job Title:                           Marketing Events and Operations Specialist                
Dimension & Scope:
Netcracker seeks a Marketing Events and Operations Specialist to assist the Marketing department in day-to-day activities, help drive our marketing initiatives and execute outstanding events.

This position would provide the right candidate with an opportunity to learn the inner workings of a corporate technology Marketing department. This role will involve optimizing and streamlining our marketing processes, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our marketing campaigns. This role will also involve planning and implementing all regional events including trade shows, road shows, and webinars. You will be responsible for executing global demand generation activity including email campaigns, web seminars and other demand generation events. Marketing events support will also be required for affiliated companies.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Tradeshow and Events Management:
    • Coordinate and support the planning and execution of in-person and virtual events, including industry trade shows, conferences, customer events, internal meetings and other marketing programs.
    • Manage pre-event planning and logistics, including exhibitor requirements, Netcracker registration and staffing, event schedules, travel logistics, collateral, promotional items, booth shipments and other operational needs.
    • Coordinate with event organizers, venues, hotels, and other vendors, including researching options, obtaining and negotiating quotes, and managing event logistics.
    • Provide onsite event support and coordinate post-event activities, including attendee and vendor support, lead follow-up, budget reconciliation, feedback and reporting.
    • Maintain event timelines, project trackers, and planning documentation, working closely with Marketing Strategy, Sales, Brand Management, and other stakeholders to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Sales Engagement
    • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to support customer meetings tracking, prospect events, training sessions and other field marketing activities.
    • Coordinate collateral, presentations, promotional materials and other event-related content.
    • Work with Sales and Sales Operations teams to fulfil collateral requests and operational needs.
  • Database and Marketing Campaign Support Management
    • Maintain CRM and marketing databases to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality.
    • Support event-related email campaigns in Adobe Marketo Engage, including audience segmentation, email setup, testing, scheduling, deployment and post-campaign reporting.
    • Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to manage event registrations, leads and campaign data.
  • Market Research
    • Research relevant industry events, sponsorship opportunities, vendors and other marketing opportunities.
    • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, terminology, audiences and opportunities to support future marketing campaigns.
  • Collateral
    • Manage inventory of marketing collateral, promotional items and event materials, ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained.
    • Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotes and manage the printing and production of collateral and promotional materials.
    • Support the development of event-related materials, including invitations and outreach communications.
  • Purchase Requisitions/Invoicing
    • Support purchase requisitions, invoice processing, and tracking of event and marketing expenses against approved budgets.
  • Other duties
    • Support broader marketing projects and contribute ideas to improve event execution, attendee engagement and marketing processes.

Education & Professional Certifications:

Bachelor’s Degree

Candidate Profile:

  • 3-5 years’ work-related marketing experience with high technology products preferred.
  • High degree of organization and capability to manage and administer projects on both a regional and global basis with many internal and external participants.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to work independently and function as a strong team player.
  • Passionate, creative and self-motivating attitude.
  • Knowledge of CRM and Marketo is preferable.
  • Ability to amalgamate information from a variety of sources.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under constant deadline pressure.
  • Flexibility in handling a wide range of activities at any given time.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and capable of handling a high volume of work.
  • Some travel may be required (domestic & international).
