Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for an Intern – Financial Planning & Analysis based in New York, NY.
*Please only apply if you are available to work a minimum of 30-35 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months. You must be available to come onsite to our NYC office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. International students are welcome to apply. Target start date is mid-January, 2027.
The role:
You will support the FP&A team by providing the business with analysis and insights in order to drive informed decisions to reach our financial goals and ensure the long-term stability and profitability of the business.
What you’ll do:
In an environment where everything is fast-paced, you will contribute to all 5 pillars of the group strategy: people-centric, brand-build, consumer-obsessed, digitally minded, and committed to responsible beauty. You will be a contributor in managing the P&L and providing support to the business working mainly on the E-Commerce, CRM, and media scope. You will help improve financial performance and assist in instilling a ROI mindset within the organization.
- Assist the FP&A team with monthly sales and P&L reporting, analysis, and planning.
- Provide support to business partners through the monthly actuals and budgeting processes.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to finance and business teams. Extract and analyze data from multiple datasets.
- Drive continuous improvement through developing and maintaining reports and processes.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and other tasks as needed.
You are:
- Able to quickly learn new systems and tools.
- Curious, with the desire to constantly learn.
- Highly driven, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and has strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to organize and prioritize workload while managing to meet deadlines.
You have:
- 0-2 years prior experience in a financial role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Very strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, LOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.

Salary: $18.00 per hour
