Serve as Roadway Worker In Charge providing on-track safety and jobsite protection, coordinating train/dispatcher communications, conducting job briefings, completing electronic reports/forms, placing signs and derails, and adhering to On Track Safety rules across multiple states with frequent travel.

Performs clerical and accounting tasks including coding receipts, daily cash reconciliation, accounts receivable and collections, journal entries, general ledger reconciliation, fixed asset maintenance, bank reconciliations, payroll and vendor payment preparation, financial reporting and analyses, and support of the central financial computer system for the City.

Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams; run governance and steering committees, mentor project managers, and partner with sales to drive customer success and program growth.

Design, develop, test, and deploy RESTful CRUD microservices and enterprise APIs for a large healthcare integration project. Reverse-engineer legacy systems and re-implement complex business rules. Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, documentation, and support Agile delivery including risk management, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder collaboration.

Work on the Web Platform team to design, build, and scale a new content management system. Contribute to front- and backend services, participate in Agile sprints, make technical decisions, mentor teammates, and help migrate and improve content delivery and cloud infrastructure.

Lead and deliver multiple large, complex operations projects (budgets up to $2M) using Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, and Lean/Six Sigma. Define scope, plans, risks, resources, and success metrics; drive process improvements, stakeholder communication, governance, and change management. Mentor team members, coordinate cross-functional resources, manage vendors, and ensure on-time implementation and lessons-learned closure.

Serve as the firm's front-desk and administrative hub: greet visitors, answer phones, schedule meetings, manage mail and office supplies, maintain CRM records, coordinate events, perform clerical tasks, and support Partners and internal operations.
