Designs, builds, and maintains automated electrical test systems for energy storage, inverters, power electronics, motor drives, and control panels. Own AG1’s customer retention strategy and full subscriber lifecycle, including churn reduction, subscription experiences, lifecycle marketing, cross-sell, upgrades, winback, and retention forecasting. Manage the retention P&L, analyze cohort and campaign performance, oversee vendors, and build a high-performing team. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Data, Product, Member Experience, and Creative to improve customer lifetime value and recurring revenue.
