Manage customer relationships, schedule drawings and deliveries, coordinate shop and shipping schedules, handle change orders and purchase order reviews, resolve site and schedule issues, and travel to job sites as required.

Provide administrative support to project management: verify project specifications, print production tags, process shipping/receiving and inventory tasks, scan and file documents, handle inter-departmental requests, type correspondence, and perform general clerical duties to support production and shipping accuracy.

Support project managers through all project phases by managing tasks, procuring subcontractor bids, coordinating schedules with contractors/landlords/clients, documenting status in GEMS, submitting change orders and invoices, and attending mold remediation and client software training.
