The Graduate HR Generalist will support HR processes, manage HRIS, assist with onboarding, handle employee inquiries, and drive HR initiatives. They will also support payroll and benefits processing, conduct audits, and identify process improvements.

Runs daily HR functions supporting Senior HR leadership. Tasks include recruiting and interviewing, benefits and PTO administration, personnel file management and audits, compliance and training tracking, conducting employee training (including sexual harassment prevention), HR calendar management, reporting, and coordinating VIP travel. Performs other duties as assigned.

12-week fellowship providing hands-on experience in recruiting and HR: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, contractor onboarding, and recruitment administration. Fellows work with hiring managers and operations teams and are measured on KPIs and customer satisfaction.
