Responsibilities include data stewardship, deduplication, enrichment, lifecycle management, integration monitoring, synchronization troubleshooting, segmentation support, data-quality dashboards, process documentation, automation improvements, and audit support. Partners cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Analytics, and Data Engineering to enable reliable reporting, automation, and AI workflows.

Manages revenue operations across pipeline forecasting, quote approvals, bookings, revenue support, reporting, and product administration. Reviews Salesforce data, coordinates cross-functional booking and revenue processes, leads SKU and price book setup, validates Salesforce and NetSuite workflows, reconciles data using Excel and Power BI, and documents scalable procedures and controls. The role partners with Sales, Finance, Product, Manufacturing, Customer Success, and business systems teams to resolve exceptions and improve commercial operations.

Coordinate program operations, budgeting, forecasting, funding pipelines, contracts, procurement, invoicing, project systems, compliance, hiring support, onboarding, and team events. Provide financial analysis, reporting, cross-functional coordination, and operational insights to senior leaders while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting process improvements across a distributed organization.

Provide Tier 3 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform: troubleshoot complex incidents, perform RCA, manage Microsoft escalations, maintain Dataverse and environment lifecycle, support integrations, document resolutions, and mentor lower tiers while following ITIL-aligned processes.

Manages the full lifecycle of company publications, including document changes, workflows, reviews, revisions, archival, status tracking, and distribution across electronic and hard-copy platforms. Supports eMan users, resolves system errors, coordinates EFB document maintenance with regional operations, recommends process improvements, and helps migrate to a global document control platform. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, IT skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.

Provides non-phone customer and operational support through email, direct mail, faxes, and internal tickets. Resolves account issues, disputes, and chargebacks; posts payments accurately; conducts call quality assurance; follows regulated processes and compliance timelines; and identifies process improvements while managing multiple responsibilities independently.
