The Credit Services Associate provides customer service, manages account inquiries, processes orders, and resolves customer account issues under close supervision.

Manage leasing, resident retention, community marketing, and administrative/financial duties; act as community lead in Property Manager's absence; mentor team and deliver excellent customer service.

Perform in-home sales presentations, promote products, set and track individual sales targets, negotiate contracts, and meet sales goals. Work a full schedule with evening/weekend availability, use a personal vehicle for appointments, and pass a criminal background check. Training provided; no prior experience required.

Administer and secure Microsoft SQL Server platforms with strong focus on Azure-hosted workloads. Responsibilities include HA/DR design (Always On, clustering), backup/recovery, performance tuning, patching/upgrades, automation (PowerShell/T-SQL/Azure), monitoring/troubleshooting, operational documentation, on-call support, and collaboration with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams.
