Job Summary
This position verifies the assigned agencies and case managers providing supervision to children in out of home care. Ensuring mail from the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) is provided in a timely manner to case manager.
Essential Job Duties

Identifying new clients removed and assigned case managers/agency to route Medicaid applications to DCF within 48 hours of removal to send to Agency for Health Care Administration

Handle all Medicaid mail, MMA mail and ensure new dental and medical cards are directed to the case manager/Agency

Ensuring mail is forwarded to the appropriate agency daily

Track and send Adoption TANF notices and GAP TANF for redeterminations monthly

Request pertinent eligibility documents for foster care and adoption files from employers, case managers, child protective investigators and track receipt

Send notices to CPI’s, FSC’s for eligibility applications and track when received
-
Enter data received from employers in FSFN and notify Rev Max Manager/Director to have initial eligibility voided to update

Scan documents received into FSFN file cabinet
-
Attend appropriate meetings
-
Perform other duties as assigned
Schedule & Hours
Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Hybrid schedule.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED
Experience: Three years in a clerical, data management or related field. Knowledge of automated systems and federal funding guidelines preferred
