Leads engineering strategy and a multidisciplinary team responsible for commercializing and scaling PFAS destruction systems. Oversees product development, system standardization, engineering processes, vendor and consultant relationships, cost models, compliance, risk management, and customer technical support. Assess relative value across securities and credit curves, monitor portfolio holdings and market developments, and provide actionable recommendations to portfolio managers. Partner with portfolio managers and traders on portfolio construction, trade execution, and risk management.

Supports and maintains voice and collaboration technologies, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Webex, Apple mobile devices, Microsoft Intune, and conference room AV systems. Provides end-user support through ServiceNow, troubleshoots application and hardware issues, administers systems, tests upgrades, maintains documentation, supports projects, and provides occasional on-call assistance. The role also delivers user training, coordinates with technology vendors, and identifies process improvements.

Leads hands-on operations for a Houston multifamily portfolio, overseeing property performance, budgets, capital investments, revenue optimization, resident experience, compliance, reporting, and asset preservation. Develops business plans, establishes operating standards, monitors financial and leasing metrics, supports property transitions, and collaborates with asset management, investments, development, legal, marketing, IT, and accounting teams. Builds high-performing property-management teams and may provide interim property leadership when needed.
