Manage a book of existing self-serve and enterprise customers as primary post-go-live contact. Administer and maintain employee benefit programs (health, dental, vision, life, FSA, retirement); support employee benefit inquiries; manage leave programs; coordinate with vendors and third-party administrators; develop benefit communications and open enrollment materials; ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA and applicable laws; assist with new hire orientation and benefits education.

Lead end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance with employment laws, change management, and HR strategy to support organizational goals.

Coordinate daily news coverage and assignments, monitor scanners and social media, verify information, and publish timely content across broadcast, digital, streaming, and social platforms. Write headlines, push alerts, and social copy; assist producers and reporters; track performance metrics and plan coverage for major events and breaking news.

Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and IT to gather requirements, document BRDs and user stories, analyze processes, support ERP/CRM/WMS systems, assist project delivery, coordinate UAT, produce reports/dashboards, and train end users to improve efficiency and system adoption.
