Serve as technical owner of Jira SaaS (Atlassian Government Cloud), administer and configure Jira, build secure integrations with GitLab and ServiceNow, automate data sync and CI/CD traceability, enable Agile adoption, and collaborate with infrastructure and security teams on migrations and governance.

Counsel and package student financial aid in compliance with federal, state, accreditation, and company policies. Develop, negotiate, and finalize financial aid plans for CHCP students, advising on available aid and assisting with student financial aid planning and packaging.
