Processes full-cycle, multi-state payroll; maintains accurate employee and payroll records; handles taxes, deductions, audits, reconciliations, reporting, and discrepancy resolution. Establishes governance, quality, testing, documentation, and modeling standards while prioritizing analytics projects and communicating with stakeholders.

Provides customer service and registration support for park recreation programs and memberships. Handles payments, cash reconciliation, member paperwork, inquiries, complaints, reports, equipment distribution, facility opening and closing, safety monitoring, cleaning, and special events. Works with adults and children, supports computer data entry and filing, and assists with program operations. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, six months of customer service or public contact experience, a Texas Class C driver's license, and CPR and First Aid certification within six months.
