Owns and delivers client implementation work items, including change requests and projects, while supporting larger implementation programs. Provides accounts payable support for property management accounting, including reviewing and coding vendor invoices, entering corporate and intercompany invoices, responding to invoice inquiries, maintaining vendor accounts, processing vendor payments and tenant deposit refunds, and assisting with special projects.

Leads daily membership services operations, supervises member service staff, processes memberships and billing, maintains accurate records, resolves member issues, updates welcome center procedures, supports campaigns and outreach, and ensures compliance with facility access and abuse prevention policies. Provides exceptional customer service while communicating YMCA standards and supporting staff training, supervision, and policy enforcement.

Performs general accounting, month-end close, payroll, reconciliations, financial reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, grant monitoring, audit support, purchasing oversight, inventory coordination, and internal control maintenance. Ensures compliance with GAAP and FQHC-specific regulations while providing accurate financial information to the Controller, CFO, and management.

Administer and support JFrog and Atlassian development tooling, troubleshoot incidents and CI/CD integrations, monitor platform health, and improve reliability. The role manages upgrades, configuration changes, performance tuning, documentation, automation, migrations, and on-call support while collaborating with engineering, infrastructure, security, and DevOps teams.

Lead Smardt’s global hyperscale partnerships strategy by developing executive relationships with cloud, neocloud, colocation, engineering, and technology organizations. Drive approved-vendor and preferred-supplier status, influence data centre specifications, build strategic opportunity pipelines, and position cooling technologies for AI and high-density computing. Coordinate qualification, technical evaluation, and ecosystem engagement while translating customer requirements into internal priorities across Sales, Engineering, Product, Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. Frequent domestic and international travel is required.
