U.S. Green Building Council

The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) is a nonprofit organization working to transform how buildings and communities are designed, built and operated to advance human and environmental wellbeing. It advances green building through LEED certification, education and professional credentials, a network of local community leaders, the Greenbuild conference, the Center for Green Schools, and advocacy for public policies that encourage sustainable buildings and communities.
