Coordinate and support local SAP operations for the new US assembly line, act as SPOC with central SAP in Switzerland, perform SAP customizing, lead local SAP projects, manage key-user coordination, and ensure system stability during launch.

Lead planning and execution of end-user and prospect events, manage community programming and Advisory Council operations, create and curate content, collaborate cross-functionally with CSMs, Product, Marketing, and Sales, track engagement and ROI, and grow the IMPACT community.

Manage order waving and assignment in the DC using distribution software, monitor workflows and KPIs, coordinate labor, report performance, troubleshoot issues, and support fulfillment tasks such as printing labels and preparing shipping documentation.

Draft, review, and negotiate copyright, data-licensing, platform, and technology agreements; assess and mitigate IP and data-rights risk; conduct legal research on TDM and emerging technology issues; support CLM, templates, playbooks, and legal-tech/AI-assisted review workflows; liaise with business units and provide training and guidance on IP/licensing matters.

Lead plant HR functions including hiring, onboarding, payroll, compliance (FLSA, FMLA, HIPAA, EEOC, ADA), employee relations, investigations, performance management, policy development, and supervising the HR team.

Provide administrative and operational support across multiple departments: scheduling, calendar and travel coordination, document preparation and filing, basic Excel data entry, customer service, tracking action items, supporting executives and managers, and improving administrative processes while maintaining confidentiality.
