Design and develop analog, digital, and mixed-signal electronic hardware from concept through prototype and production. Support and troubleshoot large enterprise networks (switching, routing, firewalls, load balancers, SAN). Perform incident response, RCA, firmware/patch management, proactive monitoring, automation scripting, documentation, runbooks, stakeholder communication, and participate in on-call rotation.

Provide advanced Level 2.5 support and administration for the BMC Helix/Remedy ITSM ecosystem: troubleshoot ARS, SRM, SmartIT and reporting, design workflows, maintain foundation data and access controls, build/monitor REST integrations, document issues, escalate to R&D, and support on-call/rotational coverage.
