Own Prendio’s data product strategy from discovery through commercialization. Define valuable data assets, build the roadmap, validate customer needs, develop packaging and pricing, and launch revenue-generating products. Partner closely with engineering, analysts, data teams, sales, and marketing; prototype concepts independently; manage delivery; and address privacy, contractual, regulatory, and data-rights constraints. The role initially focuses on biotech customers and may expand to supplier-side products.

Maintain and review payroll data for multiple companies, ensuring accurate and timely employee payments. Responsibilities include verifying timecard approvals, processing multi-state payroll, resolving discrepancies, answering employee questions, managing manual payments and garnishments, preparing reports, monitoring tax filings, supporting payroll application training, and assisting with payroll projects.

Support sales by delivering technical presentations and demos, design solutions for enterprise deals, integrate software and automation systems, gather competitive intelligence, and relay customer needs to product teams to drive product improvements.

Secure internal systems and software development processes through least-privilege access, employee onboarding and offboarding, MDM oversight, technology reviews, vulnerability remediation, security automation, infrastructure as code, incident response, documentation, and security training. The role also participates in on-call support and helps develop scalable security controls across Linux-based infrastructure, AWS, and code.

Administer secure RHEL and Ubuntu environments across connected and disconnected networks, maintain Kubernetes infrastructure, develop Ansible playbooks, and implement secure configuration and monitoring practices. Diagnose infrastructure issues, support IaC and CaC, secure systems using DISA STIGs and NIST controls, manage host-level networking, and produce outage and security incident reports with root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Develops new and existing customers for industrial, environmental, equipment rental, and related services in the Beaumont area. Responsibilities include building sales pipelines, securing RFQ/RFP opportunities, managing customer relationships, developing proposals, supporting contracting and credit assessments, meeting sales quotas, and coordinating with corporate sales, field sales, and operations. The role also requires participation in industry events and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Own strategic partner relationships and serve as the primary contact for ecosystem partners. Collaborate with sales, customer success, marketing, finance, legal, and partners to create shared revenue opportunities, execute joint go-to-market initiatives, launch clients, and resolve escalations. Establish performance objectives, financial targets, and milestones; monitor partner health using data-driven insights; organize partnership events; and lead initiatives that strengthen market and client engagement.

Manages technical projects from scope definition through delivery, coordinating internal resources, vendors, stakeholders, budgets, schedules, risks, and documentation. Develops project plans, tracks performance, reports changes, maintains stakeholder relationships, and supports process, systems, and equipment training. Requires strong communication, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills, plus proficiency with business software. Oracle ERP experience is preferred.

Own the product function end to end, including roadmap strategy, customer discovery, technical specifications, launches, APIs, payment rails, ledgering, partner integrations, and regulatory-driven product decisions. The role requires close collaboration with founders, engineers, compliance teams, banks, and fintech partners. This hands-on leader will establish product processes, support go-to-market efforts, and eventually build the product organization.
