Lead Headway’s customer experience operation across Agent Success, Customer Care, Programs, and Systems, managing over 100 employees and 800 partner agents. Own end-to-end support quality, performance, staffing, forecasting, costs, training, QA, procedures, systems, and AI-enabled automation. Deliver and implement Liberty National training systems across field agencies, schedule and conduct webinars/meetings, create training materials, mentor field supervisors/directors, monitor field performance, manage travel and expenses, and complete weekly field reports to drive adoption and efficiency.

Leads and scales the HR Engineering team supporting Workday and related HR applications. Provides technical and functional mentorship, oversees Workday operations, drives automation, upgrades, process improvements, testing, and implementations. Partners with stakeholders, security teams, vendors, and geographically distributed teams to deliver secure, scalable HR technology solutions. Manages vendor RFPs and relationships while coordinating technical projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead a team that drives onboarding, activation, adoption, and optimization of Clearinghouse solutions for enterprise healthcare clients. Ensure client outcomes, revenue realization, delivery predictability, and operational excellence while partnering cross-functionally and managing escalations and strategic relationships.

Own month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, accounts payable, expenses, corporate cards, and audit readiness. Partner with the Controller and Engineering to automate Finance workflows using AI and automation tools. Evaluate and implement Finance technology, support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and complete process-improvement projects in a SaaS environment.

Own the performance, availability, backup, recovery, upgrades, observability, and scaling of high-throughput PostgreSQL clusters across on-premises and Amazon RDS environments. Responsibilities include query and index tuning, Patroni failover management, restore verification, migration reviews, automation, incident response, disaster recovery, documentation, and collaboration with Ruby and Java development teams.

Provides first-line IT support to employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and application issues. Provisions equipment and user accounts, manages operating systems and cloud services, administers Google Workspace, supports information security initiatives, coordinates technology rollouts, and maintains hardware procurement, asset tracking, and inventory. Delivers customer service through email, Slack, phone, and Zoom while supporting remote teams and IT projects.
