Provide first-line IT support for clinicians, researchers, and staff. Troubleshoot software and hardware via phone/email, resolve or triage incidents, document issues, and escalate to subject matter experts. Work hybrid on campus and support a diverse healthcare technology environment.

Lead design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native healthcare systems and real-time data pipelines. Architect event-driven, batch/stream hybrid solutions, integrate clinical data standards, optimize performance and costs, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and stakeholders to deploy resilient, compliant services.

Manage procurement staff and multiple department customers; lead high-value, complex solicitations (IFB/RFP/RFQ), oversee contract formation, administration, compliance, and category management; provide procurement advisory services, program management, and stakeholder engagement for construction and capital projects.

Lead federal legislative and appropriations advocacy for ASTHO: develop strategies, track federal budgets and legislation, produce advocacy materials, coordinate congressional engagement and coalition partnerships, support Hill Day and briefings, provide policy analysis and communications, and represent ASTHO to stakeholders to advance governmental public health priorities.
