Designs and integrates approved AI/ML tools into intelligence workflows by evaluating and configuring tools, redesigning processes, building prompt libraries and templates, measuring performance with KPIs, applying Lean Six Sigma improvements, and driving analyst adoption through training and stakeholder collaboration.

Lead architecture for high-volume distributed systems using Domain-Driven Design. Provide platform strategy, project-embedded consultation, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native architecture guidance to ensure reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence.

Manage all workers' compensation processes including claims tracking, reporting to carriers, scheduling appointments, coordinating light duty, conducting post-accident investigations, and OSHA reporting.
