Handles high-volume inbound and outbound partner service communications in English and Spanish, including calls, emails, voicemails, prayer ministry support, record updates, receipting concerns, product requests, fulfillment issues, and social media inquiries. Maintains accurate partner database records, coordinates with internal teams, supports prayer correspondence and activity report verification, and resolves service issues while demonstrating Christian ministry experience and strong communication skills.

Leads Godiva’s North American eCommerce and digital commerce strategy across direct-to-consumer, business-to-business, marketplace, and omnichannel channels. Owns approximately $35 million in revenue, the eCommerce P&L, growth, profitability, promotional planning, digital merchandising, analytics, partnerships, and customer experience. Builds marketplace and corporate sales opportunities, manages strategic vendors, partners cross-functionally with marketing and sales, and leads and develops the eCommerce team.

Designs and delivers production-grade AI solutions for enterprise customers, including agentic AI systems, LLM applications, RAG pipelines, ML services, and LLMOps infrastructure. Leads customer engagements, pre-sales proofs of concept, technical strategy, architecture, delivery coordination, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution. Builds backend APIs, deploys solutions across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments, establishes responsible AI controls, and mentors engineering teams.
