Lead all sales and finance activities at a single dealership location: manage and coach the sales team, desk and close deals, present financing and protection products, ensure compliance, maintain lender relationships, monitor KPIs, coordinate with other departments, and drive customer satisfaction and profitability.

Lead planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory strategy to ensure consistent material availability, reduce shortages, improve supplier performance, implement MRP/SAP-based planning processes, and build repeatable warehouse and procurement systems. Manage and develop a team, drive inventory and supplier scorecards, mitigate supplier risk, and partner cross-functionally to align supply decisions with product development and production needs.

Own and execute the product roadmap for Heating Operations systems (CarGas ERP, portals, reporting, integrations). Act as liaison between IT, operations, and vendors to prioritize enhancements, ensure data integrity, improve reporting via SQL and BI tools, manage releases, resolve issues, drive user adoption, deliver training, and lead cross-functional projects to meet business goals.

Manage assigned customers to grow sales by identifying, qualifying, quoting, and closing opportunities; provide product recommendations, enter orders, and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment.

Manage manufacturer debit memos, chargebacks, returns, and outstanding balances; investigate discrepancies, compile supporting documentation, communicate with manufacturers and internal teams, maintain tracking tools and policies, and drive process improvements to recover funds and reduce revenue leakage.

Manage architectural projects from start to finish, leading teams, schedule, budget, and client communication, ensuring quality control and compliance with building codes.

Contact delinquent members to collect payments and arrange financial solutions for past-due consumer and mortgage loans. Perform skip-tracing, follow collection policies and laws, maintain product knowledge, collaborate with internal teams and third parties, and support other collection projects as needed.
