Manages vendor performance, governance, KPIs, budgets, purchase orders, and reporting for automotive-sector IT operations. Analyzes business processes, defines current and future-state workflows, translates requirements into functional specifications, coordinates system configuration and interfaces, and leads medium-to-large IT projects. Lead global IT strategy, roadmap, and budget; manage IT staff and desktop/infrastructure support; maintain cybersecurity posture and compliance (SOX, ISO27001, CMMC, TISAX); support audits and ITAR; oversee network, servers, cloud (AWS/Azure), and identity/security architecture; train staff and communicate IT plans to leadership.

Process multi-country payroll (U.S., Canada, U.K.), maintain employee records in ADP Workforce Now, ensure payroll/tax compliance, handle garnishments and payroll adjustments, prepare payroll reports and month-end documentation, support onboarding, administer corporate credit card and Concur expenses, respond to employee payroll inquiries, and assist with HR reporting and office administration.
