Manage and grow key national convenience accounts in assigned territory by securing distribution, programming, and execution. Build distributor and store relationships, inspect and report on retail execution, meet sales goals, and complete required administrative reporting.

Manage logistics processes including procurement analysis, freight bill payment, shipment planning and execution. Resolve carrier/vendor/warehouse issues, update TMS data, monitor KPIs and carrier performance, and identify cost reduction and process improvements.

Partner with the CEO to design and run executive operating rhythms, decision governance, and executive reporting. Drive cross-functional alignment, build scorecards and decision logs, craft executive communications (board updates, memos), and act as a trusted strategic partner to increase CEO leverage and ensure timely follow-through across a distributed leadership team.

Design and scale cross-platform product experiences and design systems across web, desktop, and mobile. Own feature end-to-end from research, Figma prototypes, and component libraries to engineer handoff. Collaborate with founders and engineers, deliver shipped product work, and prioritize pragmatic, user-focused solutions.

Process vendor invoices, match POs/receipts, schedule payments (check/ACH/wire), maintain vendor data, reconcile statements, handle employee expenses, assist month-end close, support audits, and improve AP processes while collaborating with purchasing, receiving, and finance teams.

The Outbound Verification Specialist reviews order details, verifies product information, prepares items for shipment, and maintains inventory accuracy while ensuring compliance with safety and quality protocols.

Manage full lifecycle of sponsor contracts and change orders for clinical studies: draft and incorporate budgets and scope of work, negotiate terms, ensure adherence to master agreements, revise budgets, and advise business units while collaborating with Legal, Finance, Business Development, and Operations.
