Part-time in-person Office Assistant (16 hrs/week) responsible for greeting visitors, managing meeting rooms and basic conference IT, maintaining supplies and common areas, coordinating vendors, supporting onboarding, and helping plan events to maintain a welcoming office environment.

Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT to deliver architecture, integrations, data governance, change adoption, and post-go-live support. Build global delivery capabilities, manage system integrators and partners, ensure controls and audit readiness, and enable acquisition integration and long-term application simplification.

Sell Topcon diagnostic and refractive ophthalmic instruments across the Upper Midwest territory. Build and execute territory business plans, conduct demos, maintain CRM, collaborate with internal teams, meet quotas, attend trade shows, and provide clinical/technical expertise. Requires frequent travel and heavy customer-facing activity.
