Administer, maintain, secure, and optimize DoD enterprise network infrastructure (routing, switching, wireless, storage networking). Provide Tier II/III support, troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues, manage Cisco/Juniper/Aruba equipment and Cisco ACI, support SAN storage (NetApp/HPE/Fibre Channel), perform capacity planning, disaster recovery, documentation, vendor coordination, and ensure cybersecurity compliance.

Serve as the dedicated accounting resource for construction project teams: process and reconcile subcontractor invoices, manage Textura payment/compliance, prepare AR/AP and forecasts, support monthly reviews, use AI/automation with validation, and collaborate with project teams. Occasional travel to job sites may be required.

Manage strategic key accounts for refractory metals in North America, drive sales and marketing activities, coordinate internal teams (sales, engineering, logistics, manufacturing), develop account and product plans, use CRM and SAP for forecasting, assess competition, attend industry events, and support business growth and KPIs.

Support, configure, and maintain CRM, ERP, and Ship & Debit systems; translate business requirements into system configurations; design and maintain integrations (iPaaS, APIs, EDI); ensure master data accuracy; build SQL and Power BI reports; coordinate vendors and UAT; maintain SOX application controls and documentation; provide training and process improvements.
