Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support across aviation MRO, warehouse, maintenance, and administrative environments. Troubleshoots hardware, software, networks, accounts, and business applications; supports Microsoft systems, ERP/MRO platforms, security, reporting, access management, and IT projects.
