The Senior Cost Analyst manages product costing, margin analysis, inventory valuation, and manufacturing cost controls across multiple facilities. Responsibilities include analyzing cost variances, modeling costs for new products and process changes, identifying margin improvement opportunities, supporting pricing and profitability decisions, and overseeing inventory accuracy and reserves. The role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and plant leadership, supports monthly close activities, and regularly travels to manufacturing sites.

Build and lead Datacor’s global partnerships function across reseller, referral, technical, services, and strategic OEM motions. Develop partner strategy, segmentation, tiering, agreements, incentives, enablement, governance, and Salesforce-based portal operations. Recruit and close strategic partners, drive partner-sourced revenue, establish forecasting and performance processes, and align Sales, Product, Marketing, RevOps, and business-unit leadership. The role requires influencing regional partner managers without direct authority and may eventually build a dedicated team.

Leads institutional sales growth by developing business plans, cultivating relationships with hedge funds, family offices, and asset managers, presenting policy research, managing complex sales cycles, forecasting pipeline, and advising senior clients. Develop controllers, operators, CRDs, and Helm charts to schedule and deploy AI workloads at the edge, integrate ONNX/PyTorch/TensorFlow models, use AI coding agents, contribute to open-source components, and collaborate across AI, infrastructure, and product teams to ship features end-to-end.

Leads enterprise-wide technical vision and architecture for scalable digital pharmacy, fulfillment, and patient-care platforms. Designs distributed systems, high-volume APIs, and reliable data architectures; mentors engineering teams; establishes coding, testing, CI/CD, security, and performance standards; evaluates technologies; and partners with product, engineering, pharmacy operations, and InfoSec to support HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance.

Designs and delivers low- to moderate-complexity solution architectures across enterprise systems. Produces system diagrams, interface contracts, and architectural documentation; gathers requirements; evaluates technology solutions; applies integration patterns and enterprise standards; supports shared platforms such as API Management and Enterprise Messaging; and collaborates with IS teams on compliance, resilience, testing, and continuous improvement.

Provide high-volume administrative support: answer and route calls, perform clerical tasks (copying, faxing, mailing), maintain filing, reconcile vendor accounts, coordinate accounts payable/receiving, enter sales and deposits, assist with new-hire paperwork and employee benefits administration.
