Creates Storyline 360 modules, simulations, scripts, assessments, accessibility-compliant materials, presentations, and training documentation. Collaborates with SMEs, stakeholders, product teams, and end users to translate complex technical information into learner-centered content. Manages LMS course delivery and tracking, conducts peer reviews, facilitates feedback sessions, and evaluates training effectiveness.

Leads community relations planning, engagement strategies, partnerships, events, physician referral programs, and stakeholder communications. Builds relationships with government leaders, healthcare groups, physicians, and community partners. Coordinates projects and teams, reviews and negotiates contracts, develops promotional materials, analyzes market and engagement data using Tableau and Salesforce, prepares status reports, addresses inquiries, and identifies opportunities to increase patient volume.

Manage prospective families through the enrollment funnel from initial inquiry to registration. Responsibilities include lead nurturing, tour scheduling and follow-up, CRM record maintenance, enrollment guidance, conversion metric monitoring, barrier identification, and collaboration with School Directors, Marketing, Operations, and leadership. The role also provides market and family feedback, supports enrollment events, and travels between assigned schools as needed.

Structure, draft, and negotiate energy agreements supporting data center expansion, including power purchase, interconnection, transmission, generation, and utility infrastructure agreements. Advise on FERC, state utility commission, and organized-market regulations; lead complex transactions; manage outside counsel; coordinate cross-functional deal teams; and provide commercially pragmatic legal guidance to executives and business leaders.
