Provide high-level administrative support to the VP and 10–12 person Power & Energy team, including calendar and travel management, meeting/event logistics, preparing and proofreading technical documents and reports, maintaining databases and files, implementing client processes, and safeguarding sensitive information.

Lead product strategy and execution for Recurly's Revenue Center covering fraud, chargeback, revenue recognition, and ERP integrations. Define product vision, drive cross-functional execution with engineering, finance, compliance, and GTM teams, own RevRec and ERP integration strategy, and improve fraud detection, dispute workflows, and automation to reduce revenue leakage and audit risk.

Provide customer service and administrative support for warehouse operations: process orders and reports, manage inventory control and claims, assist training, coordinate with IT, ensure safety/sanitation compliance, and support sales, accounts payable/receivable, and continuous improvement efforts.
