The GIS Specialist will design and maintain geospatial data systems, automate workflows, integrate GIS outputs into dashboards, and present spatial insights to enhance business operations in energy sectors across Africa.

Participate in two 12-month rotations supporting Finance and Merchandising through data science, business intelligence, data engineering, visualization, and finance transformation. Reports project status, manages drawing data, supports weld layouts, and participates in assigned projects.

Commercial Counsel will manage the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and execution. The role develops contracting templates, playbooks, approval processes, and automation; advises on key contractual provisions; collaborates with business, engineering, finance, IT, security, and executive teams; and supports broader corporate and operational legal matters in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Manage a portfolio of SMB and/or mid-market SaaS customers through onboarding, adoption, and growth. Drive platform education, monitor health metrics, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to surface customer feedback and improve processes.

Develop and manage customer relationships within an assigned territory, prospect for equipment sales and rental opportunities, conduct product demonstrations, and guide customers through transactions. Maintain sales pipelines and CRM records, meet sales targets, coordinate with branch and service teams, support financing and collections, and provide equipment solutions based on customer applications. The role requires frequent customer interaction, jobsite travel within the territory, safe equipment operation, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Leads the social content production function, building production teams, standards, workflows, templates, and scalable content systems. Owns Instagram strategy and execution, brand storytelling, product content adaptation, AI-assisted production, platform performance, and cross-functional collaboration. Manages external production partners and supports content creation across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn for US and Chinese audiences.

Leads recruiting program portfolios spanning internal mobility, talent branding, process improvement, contingent workforce management, and ATS change adoption. Owns planning, governance, stakeholder alignment, communications, training, measurement, and continuous improvement. Partners cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Marketing, vendors, and business leaders to improve recruiting efficiency, candidate experience, and program outcomes while influencing without direct authority.

Design and lead end-to-end UX/UI experiences for a new software platform, including user research, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready interfaces. Translate complex business and user requirements into intuitive, accessible products; establish design standards and visual direction; collaborate with developers, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders; and drive usability improvements and scalable design practices with minimal oversight.

Writes, edits, designs, proofs, and produces proposals, SOQs, presentations, project descriptions, and staff resumes. Coordinates with marketing, project managers, technical staff, and external partners to meet RFP requirements, deadlines, and quality standards. Maintains proposal content libraries, CRM data, and project information systems while supporting branding and business development efforts.
