Collaborate with Cloud Infrastructure, Engineering, Developer Support, and Product teams to resolve recurring customer issues.

Translates complex scientific and clinical information into product messaging, press materials, thought leadership, digital content, and disease education. Partners with commercial, medical, regulatory, investor, and patient advocacy teams; supports media relations and executive preparation; manages agencies, budgets, timelines, and communications effectiveness.

Coordinates daily operations across DREAM network offices, including space and facilities support, inventory and supply management, front desk coverage, administrative tasks, vendor communications, mail handling, and event logistics. The role maintains welcoming, organized office environments, supports meetings and events, manages reservations and work orders, and provides professional service to staff, families, visitors, and external partners across multiple campuses.

Leads automation and control systems integration projects from planning through commissioning and closeout. Manages schedules, budgets, risks, change control, reporting, customer relationships, subcontractors, field activities, installation, and commissioning. Coordinates engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field teams while ensuring safety, quality, contractual compliance, and customer acceptance on construction-driven project sites.

Serves as the primary customer contact, managing engagement, shipment operations, communications, account metrics, and SLAs. Collaborates with Sales, Account Management, and Carrier Operations to improve customer satisfaction. Identifies growth and retention initiatives, resolves operational issues, and develops scalable processes and SOPs for offshore support teams. The role requires strong communication, organization, analytical problem-solving, customer service, logistics knowledge, and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
