Build and run material operations for a new manufacturing facility: implement inventory practices, select and configure ERP/MRP, manage procurement and suppliers, run shipping/receiving, triage shortages with engineers, and establish reporting and inventory strategies to support rising production rates.

On-site graphic designer responsible for creating print, web, and digital marketing collateral. Design, execute, and lead verification and user-acceptance testing for radar systems. Plan test campaigns, operate UAS and lead flight teams, collect and analyze test data, develop test equipment, and collaborate with engineering to resolve hardware/software issues and improve processes and safety.

Partner with operations and accounting to produce site-level P&Ls, forecasts, and margin analyses; automate reporting, build dashboards, support month-end close, and deliver financial insights to senior leadership to drive revenue and gross-margin improvements.

Manage fiber optic connectivity product lines through market analysis, pricing, forecasting, NPI coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. Drive product strategy, supplier qualification, launches, and sales support while ensuring supply continuity and customer satisfaction in data center and telecom markets.

Own and grow strategic customer relationships across aerospace, medical device, and industrial accounts. Manage RFQ-to-production lifecycle, pricing, quoting, contract negotiation, KPIs, forecasts, and CRM records. Resolve delivery/quality/billing escalations, conduct business reviews, pursue account expansion, partner with Customer Service, and represent the company at customer visits and industry events. Travel up to 25% (domestic).

Manage multi-state leaves and accommodations from intake through return-to-work, ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, USERRA and state leave laws. Serve as primary contact for employees and partners, coordinate pay/benefits with payroll and vendors, maintain confidential records in HRIS and leave systems, and facilitate ADA interactive processes and return-to-work coordination.

The Senior Accountant will contribute to financial reporting, assist with audits, analyze financial statements, and maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
