Manage a high-volume portfolio of 10-20 lead-generating events monthly: plan end-to-end (venue, vendors, budget), track KPIs in Salesforce, report results to sales and leadership, support tradeshows and the MDVIP National Meeting, and align events with sales pipeline goals.

Serve as inter-agency compliance consultant overseeing a portfolio of 800+ units. Review Davis-Bacon payrolls, process reasonable accommodation requests, perform site visits and audits, manage compliance reporting and investigations, compile data and reports, recommend corrective actions and procedure improvements, and provide quarterly trainings.

Drive new business and manage existing rental and staging clients to meet revenue targets. Consult on product selection, maintain CRM pipeline, produce sales forecasts, provide market intelligence, and collaborate with Customer Success and Logistics.
