Provides clerical and administrative support to department leadership, staff, patients, and clients. Translate model capabilities and feedback into product decisions and reliable real-world workflows.

Owns operational accounting across accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer billing, fixed assets, and month-end close. Responsibilities include vendor and customer master data, invoice processing, collections, cash application, asset tracking, journal entries, account reconciliations, audit and tax support, internal controls, and accounting process improvements. Leads and supports a technical integration implementation team responsible for connecting the platform with construction and accounting software.
