Coordinates employee engagement events, supports global HR programs, conducts reporting and data analysis, and contributes to audits, compensation cycles, process improvements, and workplace culture initiatives.

Manage and grow global systems integrator partnerships to drive pipeline, bookings, revenue, and market expansion. Develop alliance strategies, joint business plans, co-selling motions, and go-to-market programs. Build executive relationships, identify opportunities across CX and digital transformation initiatives, coordinate partner and internal teams, and forecast partnership-driven revenue.
