Build and scale People infrastructure in a high-growth aerospace startup. Serve as a strategic People Business Partner, lead talent and organizational effectiveness programs, support compensation and equity administration, execute employee lifecycle processes, improve workflows and HR systems, maintain accurate workforce data, and ensure employment-law compliance. The role requires hands-on operational execution, senior-leader partnership, manager coaching, and continuous process improvement.

Lead integrated paid and organic campaigns, analyze performance, deliver actionable reports, manage budgets and timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, and mentor junior staff. Identify emerging digital opportunities and create culturally relevant programs that strengthen brand relevance and produce measurable results.

Develops new B2B accounts across an assigned territory, prospecting through cold calls, email, networking, referrals, and HubSpot. Manages complex sales cycles, proposals, negotiations, pricing, pipelines, and revenue targets for mid-market and enterprise clients. Builds executive relationships, aligns IT solutions with business needs, coordinates technical and leadership resources, provides market intelligence, mentors account executives, and supports sales hiring, onboarding, and enablement.

Leads strategic partnership sourcing, vetting, negotiation, and relationship management across higher education, community, funder, employer, and policy ecosystems. Guides geographic expansion, develops MOUs and contracts, resolves complex partner issues, aligns internal stakeholders, manages partnership tracking systems, and trains staff on identifying high-value opportunities. Supports organizational growth, advocacy, resource development, and sustainable revenue generation.

Create and edit WordPress pages, improve site UX and visual design, upload reports and maintain research database. Analyze and present website data from Google Analytics to inform communications strategy. Use basic graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva), assist with virtual events (Zoom), and apply AI tools under human oversight. Maintain accuracy in names/titles/technical terms, act quickly on priorities, and collaborate with a diverse, largely remote team. Familiarity with AWS is a plus; occasional travel for events may be required.

Provides first-line customer support for SaaS products through phone, chat, and email. Responsibilities include troubleshooting software issues, documenting and escalating tickets in Zendesk, verifying bugs, supporting assigned products as a subject matter expert, meeting SLAs, updating documentation, gathering feedback, collaborating with product and development teams through Jira, and contributing to process improvements.

Leads strategy execution and transformation initiatives across commercial and operations functions. Acts as a strategic partner and AI-enabled Chief of Staff to revenue and operations executives, coordinating stakeholders, aligning priorities, monitoring KPIs, investigating root causes, driving corrective actions, and tracking measurable business improvements. Develops AI-enabled operating workflows to improve insight generation, operating reviews, decision-making, and accountability.

Manages assigned house accounts and supports industrial service sales projects. Responsibilities include customer communication, order acknowledgments, intercompany coordination, project updates, onboarding, invoicing support, CRM administration, production meeting participation, motor storage commercial tasks, and assisting account sales managers with customer visits. Requires strong communication, English and Spanish fluency, multitasking, office availability, flexibility for emergencies, and Microsoft Excel skills.
